Tenley is different, but it’s cute. There are some just flat out crazy names out there that no one should name their baby, but I wouldn’t put Tenley in that category. So I say if you love it, go for it. Plus, Tenley herself is super cute on the show!

I really like Tenley Grace, Tenley Kate, and Tenley Charlotte. GL!

Tenley Kate is adorable!!

We are so bad with middle names! Our first little girl has my sisters name as a middle name, but she is the only sister either of us has so we have to be creative this time! Thanks for the suggestions!

I would pair it with a more traditional middle name. Above suggestions are great!

We are expecting our first little girl in July and are naming her Tenley Brielle....I also liked Jordyn, Brianne, Brynn, and Kate for middle names. (so of course I love the name Tenley also!)

I first heard the name Tenley from the character "Tenley Parrish" in the movie "Summer Catch." We named our firstborn Tenley Kate. She was born on January 25...about 3 weeks after The Bachelor aired with Tenley as a contestant. Everyone thought we named ours after the show...not quite. But we love the name and get many compliments on it.

Our daughter is Tenleigh Anna. We fell in love with the name about 4 years ago after hearing it during the olympics. We receive many compliments on her name; we changed the spelling to look more feminine. Our little girl is almost 2! We still love the name!

My best friend from high school is named Tenley and we named our first daughter after her. Our Tenley’s middle name is Elise. The name is originally from a U.S. figure skater from the 1950s. She was actually the first U.S. women’s skater to win gold.

Tenley was my maiden name so I have always liked it, but it took me a VERY long time to understand why it would be used as a first name. However, my husband loved it and if our DS would have been a girl his name would have been Tenley purely as a nod to my family.

I have a daughter 9 yrs old, her name is Tenley Nicole (Ten/ Tenco for short), and she is every bit a "Tenley". She was named after skater Tinley Albright. I in no way regret naming her Tenley. The only thing i regret is the bachelor making it increasingly more popular.

My wife mentioned Tenley to me, and I immediately hated it. A day later, I think it’s a growing on me. We’re thinking Tenley Eve, because we found out my wife was pregnant on New Year’s Eve -- her favorite holiday!

i was named after Tenley Albright in 1958. Cracked me up to see the Bachelor contestant with "my" name! Only recently found out it is an Irish name.

Tenley is said to be named after a town in England, originally Townley but it is unknown as a girl’s first name and I doubt it would become popular. Like many American first names, it sounds more like a surname.

I meant unknown in England, by the way, obviously known in the US.

Our daughter just turned 22 - born in Dec of 1992 - and we named her Tenley Morgan.

I found it in an old book of names and it’s the one that stuck - WAY before it became popular - in fact, we didn’t even know about Tenley Albright (the Olympic skater) until after she was born.

I have always loved her name!

I love the name Tenley! I am 7 weeks, so don’t know what I am having yet, but if it is a girl I am naming her Tenley. I was thinking Ann for the middle name, but after seeing suggestions on here I really like Kate! I’m so indecisive!

My name is Tenley Sue. I was born in 1956. My parents had a Trudy and a Terry and decided that Tenley would be the third T. When I was young, I thought I was the ONLY Tenley in the world! I knew iof Tenley Albright, but didn't meet another Tenley until I was fourteen. The little girl's mother heard my friends calling my name. She grabbed me and said I had to meet her daughter. She was a Tenley and thought she was the only Tenley in the world! I met the little girl, I told her how lucky we were to have a beautiful name.
I still love my name fifty six years after that meeting!
