I have a friend Marlena Janette (Mar-Layna) so cute!

It depends on which name you like better. Marlene is (mar-leen), and Marlena is (mar-lay-nuh) as the person above said. Marlen looks like (mar-len), which is awful. Marlene sounds really dated to me. I’m not a huge fan of Marlena, but it’s definately the best choice out of the three options.
