Lewis vs. Louis vs. Luis

I know that I am going to name my son "Lewis", but I’m not sure how to spell it. I think there are three ways, Lewis, Luis and Louis. Which way looks the best?

to me Lewis is a last name
Luis is more Spanish name to me
Louis is the name I like the best, more used in royalty so I like Louis the best

All have a completely different feel to me. Lewis has more of a Celtic feel to it, Luis is more spanish and Louis I believe can be pronounced both as Lew-is and Lou-ee. But I do prefer the spelling Louis.

Lewis is a last name to me so either Luis or Louis

I prefer Lewis. Great name and no pronunciation confusion like there can be with Louis or Luis.
