Kahlea does not look pretty and looks like it would be hard for others to spell. Kaleya looks like some would pronounce it kuh-lay-uh instead. Kaliah looks the prettiest and girliest and like it has the best chance of being spelled and pronounced correctly. GL!

My daughters name is Kahlea pronounced (ka -lee - ah) but people always call her Kayla. I love the name and think it is very pretty but some times wish I would have spelled it Kaleah so that it is more obvious to how it is pronounced.

I am about to have my first baby girl and came across this forum even though its 2 years later....kalia is derived from kalei which is haiwaiian, meaning bright and clear also with kaleah it means from the flower wreath...but my favorite meaning is from Kahleah which is from the pure meadow...an old English and old arabic version of the name...i’m in love with this name and since i’m a preschool teacher I know how difficult it is for children to learn to spell their names with so many letters....the names aren’t just for the parents guys...so my conclusion has got to be either kahlea (minus the h?) Or kahleah....its so hard to choose!!!

I named my daughter Kaleya in 2004 but I made it up driving up I95 to New York. I have never met anyone who has even heard of it. I also am surprised that there is some "meaning" because in 2004 there was no evidence that it was a name. lol (My Kaleya was a combination of my sister-in-law Krysta and Freyja, the Norse goddess of love.)

My name is Kaleah, It is really pretty I love to hear it and write it everywhere. Honestly people have issues pronouncing my name they usually call me kayla or kaylee. I love the name and even plan on giving it to my daugher but I think I’ll spell it Kalia. It means flower, flower wreath.

My daughter name is Kaleya and she was born in 1998. I was going to name her Kala but a friend of mine was pregnant at the same time as me but had her baby first and stole it from me...lol, so I named her Kaleya with a hyphen over the e.

My name is Kaleah. People seem to love it. I hate it. Anyway, my uncle (in law) suggested my name. He is from Israel originally and it is a family name. He says it means beautiful flower,.and is Arabic. People never say it right though which was embarrassing in school. I was always called kaleigh and just answer to anything now lol

My daughter’s name is Kahlea, born in 2009. It is a Hawaiian name meaning pure or bright. She was born in the USA and we lived there until 2012 and nobody pronounced it correctly however we now live in New Zealand and everybody pronounces it properly! I loved that the name was Polynesian :)

My daughter’s name is Keleah, she was born in 2007. It is always complimented, but never spelled the right! We have met a couple other girls with the same name, all spelled differently. I found this name in a Hawaiian baby book, and its meaning was stated as: bright and clear, or a beacon of light.

My name is Kalyah. Prounounced Ka-liar. I don't really like it, mostly because it seems to be so hard for people to say. I have been thinking about changing it to Kaliah as it seems easier to pronounce.
