I don’t care for it, but I have heard it before... that girl on Kat Von D’s LA INK her name was Pixie. Its not awful, but I’m sure you can think of better! GL

I think it works for a middle name if the first name goes with it like Blues Pixie or Starla Pixie or Calliope Pixie, or how about naming her something and using that for a nickname like Penelope Beatrix or Patricia

Sure, why not? Middle names don’t matter that much. Maybe you could have two middle names it they flow together eg Emily Pixie.
