Rowan-Jay vs. Rowan vs. Rowan-Finn

I did the poll earlier about Rowan-Finn for our son, but after someone mentioned the nn RJ my partner Josh has really started to love Rowan-Jay. Which is better? I know some people don’t like hyphenated first names, but we do so please don’t be too negative about that. Also, could you please suggest some middle names for him? Thankyou - Kate & Josh.

I like Rowan-Jay better. I don’t like the repetitive "an"/"in" sound in Rowan-Finn. Good luck! :)

What about Rowan and then Jay for the middle name? You could still call him RJ for short.

I voted Rowan Finn but have since then decided that Fish Finn’s do row so people may tease him about it! It’s a Rowan-Finn! I think Rowan-Jay is cute though!

I thought about Rowan with Jay as the middle name, but Josh really loves the idea of a double first name. Thankyou :)

Rowan Jay as first name and middle name. It flows better than the others. I love double first names in general, but these work better as first name and middle name. GL!
