No one would ever pronounce Carolina as Car-o-leena....that will be pronounced as Car-o-line-a...

Carolena looks made up, and i would say it caro-lena, Carolina would most likely be pronounced and caro-lie-na, but i would still go with this spelling, on hearing it i would spell it Carolina

When I see Carolina i would pronouce it Eye-na.
When I see Carolena I would pronounce it eena
I like the pronouciation of "eena" much better.
