Have you ever considered any Finnish names? My name is Niina Helena. It’s pronounced "nee-nah hell-en-ah". Anyway, like my name Niina, and my mother’s name Riitta, there are tons of names with two i’s. A lot have double i’s but some are distributed. Even if you don’t like the double i, there are so many beautiful and unique Finnish names that are chuck full of vowels lol so it’s worth a look.
