Oisin looks like Oy-sin. Why not spell it Ochene or something.

It definitely is different, not necessarily bad, just different. Perhaps

I admit I’m also having issues with the pronunciation. As a person with a name routinely mispronounced it can be hard to live with. I still love my name, however, so I don’t wish my parents had named me differently. Tough call. Good Luck! ~Kelyn (rhymes with Ellen)
