Alistair vs. Alastair vs. Alister

We really like the name Alistair (A-lih-stur) if we have a boy. We’re still unsure however on the spelling. Alistair and Alastair are more traditional spellings, but we’re afraid it will get commonly mispronounced. What do you think?

I won’t lie. I see now that I have always mispronounced it, but I’d still go with that spelling.

I love the name Alistair. We’re actually considering it (with that spelling) as a MN for our baby on the way.
