Gina. Those other spellings will make people say "Jee-Anna? Guyana?" And when she says "My name is Jeanna" and the person writes it down (as G-I-N-A, which is of course how people will spell it), do you really want her to ALWAYS have to correct them? I have gone through my whole life correcting the spelling of my name, and let me tell you, there are much more interesting ways to be noticed than by having an oddly spelled name.

My name is Gina and I love it. The spelling is nice and easy and makes sense. Many people said they like my spelling better than Geena like Geena Davis
