I love Johannah but I want it to be pn. Jo-Hannah, not Joanna. (Like the little girl on 19 Kids and Counting, if you’ve seen the show) Do you think people will always pn. it Joanna? How would you say it; and should I just go with Hannah?

Johannah will be pn. Jo-Hannah i don’t think you should have a problem, I actually thought on 19 kids and counting they pn. it Jo-Hannah not Joanna?

I think people will pronounce it correctly. I’ve known some Johannah’s and all pronounce it Jo-hannah. They do say Jo-Hannah on 19 Kids and Counting. I love Johannah Grace. I’d go with it. GL!

Obviously other people see the name as being pronounced the way you want. Around here there is a large hispanic population and when spelled that way it is Yo-ahnna, so it would never be pronounced Jo-hannah around here. So I guess it depends on where you live.

Yes, they do say Jo-Hannah on 19 Kids and Counting; that’s what I meant. I guess it looks like I meant they say Joanna.
