hello i really love the nickname tess but dont like the name theresa and dont really want tess just on its on id rather it as a nickname so does anyone have any ideas for a long name for tess? something other than tessa? thankyou

well, i had the same problem, my DP loved Tess..i searched for a longer name but to be honest they were all a long shot:
Talise
Tesarla
Tegan-Sue
Teressa
Tesia
Teshurah
Teshawna
Teshua
Tessie

Contessa is the only other name that comes to mind.

2nd poster thanks for your opinion, but fyi its called a nickname people have them everyday. not many people name their children just bob or jen or jim, no they usually name them robert, jennifer, james, although they will be called by their nicknames. its a very common act thank you very much.

3rd poster sincerely thank you very much for your help, but i think your right it is a long shot. although i think tesia and talise have potential maybe.
