I like Gianna best, but only by a little. Both are great. Some middle name suggestions.

If it helps you decide, I can give you some background on the names. :)
Ariana is a Welsh name that means "like silver". Another meaning is "one who is holy", and I think that one is Greek.
Gianna is an Italian feminine form of John, meaning "God is gracious".
They’re both beautiful, so I can’t really help beyond that! Good luck!

Definetly Arianna! Gianna is pretty, but reminds me of a childhood pain. Arianna is not someone would here of in school too.
