Ray looks like a mans name
Rai will be pronounced Riy (like guy or lie)
Rae is the prettiest, girliest spelling!

Rae looks best of these. I also like Rhea a lot. It looks much more feminine. Rai doesn’t look right and Ray looks masculine. GL!
