Abigail because it is the traditional spelling and your poor child won’t spend her whole life saying things like, "It’s Abbigail with two B’s." or, "It’s Abagayle. That’s A-B-A-[removed]-L-E." There’s nnothing wrong with originality, but weird misspellings look uneducated and make life hard for your child. Abigail is a darling name (spelled normally, of course).

Abigail . 1 of my co workers just had her little girl & she spelled her name ( sorry ) but weird, Abagail, its only 1 letter different but I had to ask her several times how the name was spelled. Abigail is the easiest way to spell the name . Abigale or Abigayle
