Lillian and Eliana aren’t too close, but Lilly and Ellie seem quite close. However, they aren’t close enough to be considered as tacky.If you love them, go with it! GL!

I think they are too close. Lillian and Eleanor would be better, or another name that would be even more different.

Lilly and Ellie are close but I am not one to talk. I have two kids Lillian and Julie who go by Lilly and Julie;) Get compliments all the time. I am also thinking Kelly for the next one!
