Ezra or any variation is a boy name in the Bible. Other E names in the bible that are suited for girls are: Eden, Eve, Esther, Elisabeth.

Airth looks awkward--Ariane or Lilith would be much prettier

I agree with first poster--no matter how you spell it Ezra is an Old school biblical boys name--it’s one of those names that couldn’t never pass as unisex or unique --just as "wow why would that woman name her daughter that" It’s like naming your little girl Jeffery or something...
