I think that you should go with Iyla, it looks different and is pronounced the way it is spelled. Some people with try to call her I-s-la. Trust me, i have a friend with the same middle name and she changed it to Iyla.

You could spell it Eila. Its the Hebrew varient. The meaning’s different but its pn the same.

Why not just spell it the right way? Isla is pretty as is. Iyla looks odd.
