I’m considering Lauren as a name. Is Ren an ok nickname? It makes me think of Wren, which is a name that I like, but not something my husband and I are considering for our daughter’s full name. I like Ren as a nickname.I have always loved the name Lauren.I think it sounds very classy.I have heard of some people using Lo as a nn but I never thought that made much sense since there isn’t even an O in the name and you don’t pronounce it with a long O.Ren is much better!

my name is lauren and everyone always calls me ren. when i was younger i was called lala and then loz, but ren is the only one that stuck. probably because its more suitable for an adult nickname . :) hope i helped!
