Help! vs. Help!

My husband and I have been set on naming our daughter Samantha Jane for a while now. I am having second thoughts ever since I heard the name Jaime. I’ve always liked it, but now I can’t get it out of my head! She will need a "J" middle name which is the only thing holding me back from using it. What do you think?

First of all, I love the spelling Jaime. That is the classic way, so good choice. Second of all, you could make a double J name work if you love it.

Jaime Jewell
Jaime Jo
Jaime Joanna
Jaime Jolene
Jaime Jolynn
Jaime Jordan
Jaime Jorja
Jaime Josalyn
Jaime Josephine
Jaime Joy
Jaime Joyanna
Jaime Judith
Jaime June
Jaime Justine

I think all of the names I listed sound really nice and JJ is a cute nickname if you use it. WDYT? GL.

We need a J middle name because our other two kids have J middle names and I wouldn’t want her to feel left out. My husband likes the name, but he thinks I’m being ridiculous! I like the idea of JJ as a nickname! I like Jaime Josephine, Joanna, Joy, and Judith.

Believe me growing up as one of the kids with a pattern I always wished my parents weremore original and my name started with a different letter other than D and J

I’m expecting my 3rd baby...I’m thinking of names. Recently occurred to me that I’m the only one in my family that doesn’t follow the pattern that my parents had set.

I truly don’t think that your child will feel left out.

Maybe flip it and they will feel special!!!

Nothing wrong with following a pattern, if that’s what you like!
I personally don’t like Jaime because I’m Hispanic and it’s a boys name in Spanish.
