Malia-ok, I prefer Maila though
Mara-ok if said MAR-ah- (I don’t like the extra H)
Maren-don’t like at all
Marilee-pretty but doesn’t look right
Marybeth-again sounds pretty but doesn’t look good. Mary-Beth would be better
Maura-don’t like
Molly-ok, but too little-kid for an adult

My pick would be Mara, I suppose.

Marla - pretty, easy to spell and pronounce, not overdone or trendy.
