Sarah Elizabeth is way too common...
Hannah Elizabeth Jordan is ok.
But I feel the best name is Moriah Elizabeth Jordan. It flows well and fits with your other children’s names. :)

My name is Sarah Elizabeth, so from experience the name is fine. There were a lot of other Sarah’s in school and a few Sarah Elizabeth’s. The name Sarah is on a down swing now as is Hannah, but still used often. Moriah is unique but might be difficult for people to pronounce and spell. I personally like names that are unique, so I guess it depends on what you want.
