Isla vs. Eyla vs. Ailah

I am in love with the name Isla (EYE-LA) I am not dead set on the spelling of it. I don’t want her to have to correct people on the pronunciation of her name. Which way do you think is best? Feel freee to suggest another spelling

I prefer the original spelling. And I think most people will get it.

Ayla - this could alter the pronunciation

your option Eyla could alter the pronunciation a bit as well

I like the original spelling and I would go with that BUT I’m with you on fearing that other ppl won’t know how to pronounce it.

Thanks I like the original spelling, but hubby is the one that wanted to alter it. All the variations seem to take away from it.

My friend just had a little girl and she spelled it Aiyla, wdyt?

Aiyla is cute. Do you think it will be confusing on paper to say? I would rather not have her name start with the letter"I" making her initial IP...Its just not that pretty, haha
