wow, talk about some rude people up in here! i never would have assumed anything about the race based on these names. I like all of the names, though personally I like Aurora and Esme best. i wouldnt worry about the Esme and twilight thing-- it will pass, and even if it doesnt, who cares? its such a gorgeous names, you should let that stop you!

If your daughter is going to be descriminated against based on her name, it’s not ignorrant or racist to be aware of the fact. People will automatically think differently of someone named LaFonda than someone named Felicity.

Destiny isn\’t considered a \"black girl name\". Where I am from theres a white Destiny and a mixed Destiny. From what I know of, there isn\’t any black girl in my town named Destiny. So if the race of the child is white... Don\’t get caught up in thinking that you can name your daughter Destiny no matter what anyone says. If you think it fits her, then go along with it.
