Samantha nn Mantha vs. Melissa nn Lissa vs. Chelsea nn Chess

Hey! Gina and Alan here. We’re having our third child, a little girl, and we need to choose a name for her. We don’t care about popularity, but we DO like it when there is a somewhat unknown/unusual nickname for a classic name. Older siblings are Caroline Lynette and James Nathaniel (Caro and Jem). Emily - Emmy or Miley
Elizabeth - Betsy, Bett, Bret, Blaize (anagram)
Marissa - Mar (pn like the Mar in Marcus), Mara, Ris (pn like Reese), Risa (like Reese-a)
Frances - Fran, Frannie
Alexandra - Ale (a-lay), Xan, Xandra, Lexa
Katherine or Kathleen - Kath
Martina - Marty

Love the name Samantha - Mantha is really masculine though, even more than Sam/Sammy as a NN for Samantha! Have a friend who named her little one Amelia. Her NN is "Mea"; "Me" short sound "a".
