I actually know a girl named Deja. Well, actually its Jodeja but she goes by Deja. I’m assuming its pronounced Day-sha as in Deja vu, thats how my friend’s is pronounced. I like Deja, but the name Marie means sea of bitterness so I’m not sure on that. Maybe Deja Renee or Deja Claire?

I just think the name Deja is a little weird, it makes me think Deja Vu. But other than that, the name Deja Marie Johnson sounds well together.

I really don’t like that name at all. Marie is a great middle name and it’s very common, but Deja is weird.

sounds like a dancer name to me... I can see drunk men in a strip club feeling very witty saying, "hey, it’s Deja Vu!" every time she comes back to the table.

Deja is okay the deja vu doesn’t really bother me, a lot of names probally came from popular phrases like this back in the old days. Marie is a little boring. It does, in fact, mean bitter, a fact that would bother me if it were my child.

I think Marie’s linguistic origins mean bitter, but other official means of Marie include "drop of the sea" and "star of the sea"

There is even a strip club near me called Deja Vu.

Daisha (Day-sha) would be pretty.

My almost 3 year olds name is also Deja’ Marie Johnson and I think its beautiful! Go for it!
