Personally to get that pronunciation I would hyphenate the name and make it Lily-Ann or
Lily-Anne.

Lilly/Lily/Lillie/Lilli/Lillian/Lilyanne/Lilliana is sooooo boring and overused. how many polls per day on Lily are here and how many kids are on the playground already! ugh!

Lilian and Lilyanne are two differnt names. One pronounced Lili N and the other Lily Anne. So Lilyanne would be a correct spelling if you want it to sound like Lily Anne. Either way both are nice names.
