Hadley Shay looks best.
I would use a non unisex middle name though, I wouldn’t be sure if Hadley Shay was a boy or girl.

Hadley is adorable! One of my favorite names for a girl! My husband is all about Halle and I’ve tried to explain theres not much difference but he’s not sold. I think Hadley is the only acceptable spelling. And in regards to the pp comment..I cannot imagine this name on a boy wayyy too close to Hailey and Halle
