I don’t particularly like then name if I’m honest, but if you love it go for it! I voted for Larkyn because although I don’t really like adding Y’s Larken and Larkin look like some one is ’Larkin’ around’ as in acting stupid.
My second choice of spelling would be Larken though, it looks more complete but also more like a word.
