patrick neil vs. i dont know patricia

my grandma and grandpa both recently passed away, and i just found out that im due with my thrid. i still dont know if its a boy or a girl, but i want to utilize my grandparents names when i choose a name for this one. my grandmas name was patricia owena (she hated her middle name too and would be mad at me if i used that) and my grandpa was guy neil. so im thinkin for a boy, patrick neil, if its a girl i want it to have the middle name patricia, but cant think of any first names that flow smoothly. any suggestions?

Patrick Neil is a good name. As for using Patricia, I like Cameron Patricia, Ava Patricia, or Kathleen/Katelynn Patricia. I think a two-syllable first name works well with it. Also, if it were me, I might think about using Tricia (maybe even as a first name) instead of Patricia, but I don’t know how sold you are on using exactly the name Patricia.

thank you all for the suggestions :-) theyve really helped. and no im not against using variations of their names, id just really like to honor them in some way. they were both very close to me. so again, thank you all, you came up witha lot of names that i really like!
