I could still pronounce it when it was spelled with a J......So I could see it spelled that way

I think it flows either way and people will probably be able to pronounce it better spelled with a J.

I would use it with J so she wont be diff from rest of family and it still looks pretty and i was able to pronounce it correctly too

I am now in the same boat. We are having a girl and swinging between Jianna and Gianna but funny enough when I was writing this note, a red line appeared on Jianna vs Gianna 😂
