Ellie Kate is adorable. I would also love Eleanor Kate or Eliza Kate with Ellie as a nickname. Ava Kate is cute but Ava is very popular at the moment. I love Lily but only with this spelling.

All three options are lovely! If you choose Ellie, though, I would use it as a nickname rather than as the full name, because I’m not sure Ellie all by itself will "grow up" with her as well. I also prefer the Lily spelling as I also think it looks more mature than Lillie, but that’s just my personal opinion.

You shouldn’t use a nickname as her middle name; you should use Kathryn or Katharine instead of Kate. I think Lily Katharine is lovely. If you like Ellie, you should also use a real name, like Elizabeth, and nickname her Ellie. Elizabeth (Ellie) Kathryn is also very pretty.
