Lin vs. Lynne vs. Lynn

We love Lynne names. Doesn’t matter what spelling. Lynne was our first choice as a middle name but our family doesn’t seem to like it. This was our second option. What are your favorite Lynn names? Thanks! ~ Julia and Steve

Shaelyn, Ashlyn, and Karalyn are my favs.
For a first name use Lynne, for a middle name use Lynn. GL.

Wait! My name is Lin. It’s not that I have anything against the spellings of Lynn or lynne, but I don’t understand why the ’i’ is so unpopular. Is the ’y’ more exotic or sophisticated or heart warming? Is this why I cannot find a coffee cup with my name on it when I go on vacation? Because my name is too dull? I should be ignored because of that?

How about Caitlin. A lovely Gaelic name with the original spelling.
Or Linda. It means pretty.
Or just Lin!
