My favorite pairing from your options would be Audrina and Katherine nn Kate.
But honestly, I prefer Katherine & Alexandra... nn Kate and Aly.

Katherine & Alexandra are the two strongest classical names on your list. I think this would put the sisters on equal footing, both having a VERY classic & strong feminine name. The 3rd name I would consider mixing with one of these might be Elizabeth.
