Wow we really love Cairo! Its a great way to honor his grandmother because she loves Egypt! Other names we still love are Caius, Kyler, and Chiron

Just a quick question: Do you pronounce it like KY or kAHi?

I second the suggestion of Mordecai and Chiron, by the way.
Non-mentioned suggestions that come to mind would be Kaito (Japanese for ocean, sea) or Kaiser (German word for emperor). Also, I knew someone named Micaiah nn Cai.
