Hezekiah is too out there for me and Sterling is a little too girly. Jonas is a great name for a boy but I wouldn’t do the two names (first and last) with an "s" at the end- doesn’t flow as well. Good luck!

Penelope and Jonas go well together. I, too, think Hezekiah is too out-there. But I hesitate about Sterling because I think it’s a too pretentious a name.

I would go with Jonas (Sterling makes me think of money...) but have to agree that it doesn’t go too well with Thomas. Maybe Jonah would go better? Or if Thomas isn’t the father’s or granddads name or something of the like, you might think about another middle name...
