It really depends. If you are from the hispanic cultere to me it sound more boyish if you were to pronounce it as hovi

No, we are not Hispanic. Jovi would sound more like Bon Jovi, not "hovi".

Jovie is very girly (and i like it spelled this way), but Jovi is also cute.

My little sister’s name is Jovi I like it and everyone in my family does. Jovi also means joy. Her middle name is Isabella so her name is Jovi Isabella......
