Noa ? vs. Noa ?

I created a poll about a week ago but we still havn’t come to a single conclusion as to what middle name we should give our baby girl. Mostly people just commented on their dislike for the name Noa, this time we would like you to leave your opinions on the first name aside. It IS a girls name and it is what we are naming our baby, end of story. The issue is the middle name. Last poll we said we like M names, not too girly, not too modern. This time we don’t care what letter the names start with, but we did figure out we don’t want the middle name to end in an A. Please please help us out! The longer the list the better! Thanks!

Love Noa McKenli, Madelyn (probably spelled different because our niece has this name), and Marlowe (Maybe my favorite). Gabrielle, Evelyn, Lillian, and Paige are the favorites for not M names.

I’m sorry, but it is not a girls name!!! It’s ranked #7 for boys!! Please don’t name your daughter this---she will always be mistaken for a boy!!!! She’ll hate her name when there are three boy Noahs in her class. Please give it some more thought.

Ok, honestly, I asked to not have any negativity. Our baby has been named Noa since I was five months pregnant, we have given it a lot of thought. Noa is a girls name, it is hebrew, if you don’t believe me, by all means look it up and then respect that baby naming is a personal process not everyone will agree apon. I was simply asking for middle names and nothing else. Thank you. Thanks to evryone for all the suggestions as well! This time went much better and we might just have a middle name for our little one!

Love the name Noa! Please dont let people talk you out of it! There are so many unisex names out there that it won’t matter. My sons name is Fallon and up until the day he was born everyone tried to talk my husband and I out of it telling us it was a girls name. He will always have a unique name just like your daughter I wish you the best of luck with your little one. Previous poster you will/have had the chance to name you children and Noa isn’t even close to a terrible name what about those people that name there kids Teddy bear or bear blue. Just because Noa is usually a boys name people will weigh the pros and cons just be supporting :)

My daughter is Noa Lauren! I absolutely love her name and it fits her personality so well! I hope your Noa is doing great! Glad to know that there are others out there that love that name so much that they will withstand criticism and go ahead with what they love! I love calling my daughters name and she loves being unique!

My granddaughter has been named Noa Eden it wasn’t a name I would ever have thought of but it has grown on me... We love it!

I am so excited to have just found this.... we are also thinking we are going to name our baby girl Noa (who was due to arrive today, but hasn’t yet). We are going with Noa Pfeiffer a middle name with meaning for us because we got married at Pfeiffer State Park in Big Sur, CA.

I love the name Noa for a girl, its beautiful! I actually probably wouldn’t choose Noah for a boy, but I love really love Noa for a girl, it is so pretty. If I have a second daughter (my first daughter is Louisa) then I would like a Noa. I would name her Noa Elisabeth because Elisabeth is also a name that we both love and has personal significance.

I love this name! My name is Kristian (Christian) and I\’ve had many classes with boys named Christian (currently have 3 in one of my college classes now).I\’ve never been made fun of for having a boys name, in fact most people love it! When I have a girl I plan to name her a boyish name, and Noa is 2nd on my list :)

My daughter will be 1 in two weeks. Her name is Noa Elizabeth. Every time I hear someone say it, I love it even more. A beautiful, unique name for my beautiful, unique girl. Plus the meaning couldn’t be more fitting!

We named our dauther Noa. Some old fashioned People were hessitant at first but now know it was the right choice. its a beautiful girls name. Unique in uk and america, but less so elsewhere where common. Fyi the Disney fairy called fawn (tinkerbells friend)is actually called Noa in the French translation. Its feminate, ignore the rest. Maybe three boys called Noah but only one cute girl called Noa! My parents backed down on my name.....ive had 5 steves in every class now work.... Unique is best. Ignore the rest.
