I would probably spell it Nalia or Nalea. Do you emphasize the LEE sound in the middle or the NAH sound at the beginning? Nyla/Nila (nye-lah) is cute, too.

Naleah looks best. It’s spelt the same as Maleah, so I think people will get it right. I don’t like Naleeah-too many consonants. And Naleya looks like nah-LAY-ah.
