Why not just Allie, rather than it being a shortened name? Otherwise I prefer Allison Rose over Alice.

If its short for Josephine then definitely her nickname should be Josie. But my favorite is by far Allie. I’m not sure how Allie would be a nickname for Josephine though.

Ellie Rose is such a feminine sounding name, I could imagine a beautiful baby girl going with it^^ It\’s by far my favorite!

I like the name Josie a lot! I really think Alice is a pretty bad name though... but it is your choice.
