Actress Marlee Matlin spells it this way...otherwise I prefer Marly or Marli of your choices.

Marley is my dog’s name...she is a Pit Bull. It fits her because she was a very sad dog when I first rescued her...skinny and her black fur was brown from staying outside on a chain. Marley sounds kind of bland to me for a girl...although I like the name or I wouldn’t have chosen it for my dog...I would compare it to the boy name Barney...Half of the time I end up calling her Marnie or Molly on accident...The name is just okay.

I like it spelled M-A-R-L-I-E the best. 2nd choice would be Marlee.
