I like either Mae or May. For middle names, I would follow that syllables rule since you have such a short first name chosen: have a different number of syllables in each of the first, second, and surname.

My grandmother’s name is Mae, but she goes by her middle name. Her full name is Annie Mae. I think Mae Annabelle is very nice! Or, Mae Rhiannon, Mae Rosalie, Mae Azalea, Mae Natalia, Mae Liliana, Mae Juliana, Mae Gabriella, something long around 4 syllables would really suit it!
