Keona vs. Kiyahna vs. Keanna

Many diff ways to spell Keona. I really like the name but not sold on it! what spelling do you like better...Keona/Kiyahna/Keanna/Keonna/Keiana? My fav way is Kiyahna...also nice mn to go with it!

How are you pronouncing it? "Kee-on-uh"?? In that case, go with Keana ("Keona" looks like Leona with a K, in other words, pronounced "kee-own-uh"). Hope that helps!!

Keona looks the best, however I prefer the pronunciation Key-oh-na. Kiana would be better, I guess.

Kiana or Keana will get you kee-AH-nah, but I agree with the first poster that Keona might be pronounced rhyming with Leona.

My favorite is Kiana. I think that’s the most straight forward if you’re going for kee-ahn-ah.
