Shepherd vs. Nn vs. Shep

No don’t like Shepherd at all,reminds me of A school in in West Virgina and The breed of dog and a last name.

James or Elijah would be my choice.

Shepherd is ok as the first name but I’m really not a fan of Shep, sorry. It was my dog’s name as a kid (Shep the sheepdog) so I can’t imagine it on a child. What about Shepherd nn Sep? Sep is very similar but just has a more handsome, classic (and perhaps human) feel to it.

As for middle names I vote James or Wesley. I also love Elijah or Silas but don’t think they fit with Shepherd as they’re too different in style. You might also like Leslie, Richard, Ivan or Harry.

I really like it! Wouldn’t personally use it, but I love how it sounds!

not a fan of Shepherd as a first name... maybe a middle name.
I do like Wesley(Wes) and Elijah(Eli).... also Bishop and Jonah

it’s okay, i like all of your middle names, the first thing that came to mind was Shepherd Eliot, what do you think of that? of your list, my fave for a middle name is James or Elijah. the others i think would be much nicer as first names
