Marine Corp vs. Inspired baby names vs. Please help!

I am completely set on using a USMC inspired name for my baby due next month! The Marines will always have a special place in my heart for several personal reasons and I would love to honor those reasons. I have chosen to keep the gender unknown so both suggestions will be more than welcome! Please I really need help! I have done so much research and I keep getting the same old answers! I feel like im swimming in names! Im looking for something more original than Cadence and Gunner and I want a more USMC name rather than just military. I was thinking perhaps to make my baby’s initials USMC but I would still like to see if there are any clever and meaningful names first. Any ideas or suggestions welcome! Thanks~ Carina and my bundle of joy

Wow, that is a toughie...you could always name the child after someone important to you that was in the marines- or after a famous marine member...or...there’s using a name like Mike from the alphabet...or...playing off the name Marine Corps (especially for a girl) like Marina or something...or you could always use a name after a tank like Abrams (boy.) or a missile like... Sparrow (girl) or...another weapon like Clay (boy...after Claymores) or there’s going through a list of marine acronyms and expressions and finding names like... Alice (All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment) or Jack (from the term acting jack)

Thank you last poster! Thats actually the research ive been doing (although I did miss Sparrow which I like very much thank you!) But im sure if you looked theres just so much going on! Lol to anyone willing to help me im looking for more names like Sparrow and Abrams. And to those of you who have posted thank you so much for your time. I greatly appreciate it. Thanks and God Bless

Parris Island and Scarlett is apart of the Marines colors.
Boy- Gunner Lance.
Gunnery Sergeant and Lance Coropal two ranks in the USMC

Kane- Gaelic for Fighter and French for "Field of Combat" or Gunner is Scandinavian to Gunther and refers to warrior...
