Jacklyn vs. Jacqueline vs. Jaclyn
Spelling help please! This is to honor an ’Uncle Jack’ and ’Aunt Jackie’ (short for Jacqueline)... possible middle name for one of our twin girls. I’m thinking Norah Jacklyn/Jacqueline/Jaclyn (and Scarlett Marie) or Amber Jacklyn/Jacqueline/Jaclyn (and Hazel Marie).
Thanks!
The Top Baby Name is...
Jacklyn
Jacqueline
Jaclyn

I like the traditional spelling of Jacqueline the best. Jacklyn would be my next favourite. Norah Jacqueline is really pretty.
Thanks, but I want to keep Norah & either Scarlett or Alice together OR use Amber and Hazel for the girls. :) Jacklyn and Marie are family names and they stay as the middlenames (as of now anyway!)

1 Jacqueline - classic
2 Jaclyn - simple
3 Jacklyn - teen momish and trendy

I like Norah & Hazel as sisters ... :o) But, Norah & Alice is really nice too!
Jacqueline is best, imo. Good luck!

Thanks, I like Jacqueline the best too. I guess I’m just afraid it would be pronounced Jack-a-lyn or Jack-a-leen. And since it’s honoring Jack to... I don’t know! This is hard! lol

My recommendation is ...
Nora Jacqueline
[and]
Ruby Marian [or] Ruby Miriam
... two-syllable names from Nameberry’s "more classic ... " category with three-syllable middle names honoring family.
Marian, Marie and Miriam are all variants of Mary; they all share the same meaning.

Thanks, but I don’t care for Ruby or those other variations of Marie. Trust me, I’ve thought long and hard about names and these are the only ones that do it for me! lol
