I love Emilia, and the pronunciation: Em-Mil-lia. Cute cute cute! milly or lia or Em or Emmy for short!

I LOVE the name Emilia and am considering it myself. Eh-mee-lee-ah. As for Emilia vs. Amelia, I always get that comment too, but the two names have separate origins and Emilia is more closely related to Emily. It’s a little pet peeve of mine when people make that comment :) GL
