It depends how you are going to pronounce it.
Raelynn, I would pronounce it as 2 names like Ray and Lynn. The other 2 spellings, I would pronounce them like one name as in Raylin. I like the pronunciation as in Ray and Lynn-spelling it Raelynn.

How about Ralynn or Ralyn. I like the name but not the ’ae’ combination.
