gracie vs. gracey vs. gracee

We have picked this name and the middle name will be Mae...however, we are puzzled on the spelling. I know most ppl go with Gracie...I am thinking about spelling it "Graey" since my name is Audrey and ends with "ey." I have just never seen it spelled this way. What do you think??
